Meant to be 20 but I reset my watch after 2, and felt good in the end so did the extra ones anyway. Harder than planned, but running better than expected.
Felt rubbish, stiff and tired legs and my right achilles is definitely a bit tight. Took all of an hour and two stretch breaks to loosen up. Slow pace.

Team Monday technical organised by keith. Excellent mass start race, half-gaffled half-not. Pete James was too fast for me on the last hill but I came in only 30s or so behind, quite pleased with my navigation to nearly all and was running ok (except said hill).
