might be the best I've swum - not the fastest but nice and steady all the way through
tried touching my big toes together on the kick. from what I've seen of other people the worst bit of technique is legs flailing all over the place and I'm sure I'm the same.
Hot Forrest yoga
Starting to find these a bit more of a struggle, which I think means 1) I'm loosening up enough to get properly into more of the poses and 2) the combined effect of a few weeks is catching up with me
yoga on the beach, wish every session was like this! Similar to monday but with just a couple of extra poses and quicker transitions meant it was much better.

yoga, bit heavy on the breathing in and out, bit light on the poses if you ask me, never mind if you ask the young russian yoga expert girl sat next to me!
stand-up paddle boarding - a bit of a baptism of fire with the strong winds coming in over the indian ocean. spent most of the time on my knees.

Em took the first set (very) convincingly, but I nicked the second one thanks to her getting tired and me having more room to improve as we got going
easy swim with em then 5x 25m sprints
the first sprint caught me out and em won it by a length, but then I got quicker. Think I could improve a lot by doing more faster swimming.
