pedaling (bicycle mag trainer) 28:00 intensity: (8:00 @3) + (20:00 @4)

Already down to single digits by the time I got home, so I spent most of the evening shivering while the boiler struggled to get the house up to temperature, and finally got some exercise, to warm up as much as anything. Found the mag trainer out in the garage and nearly got frostbite on my hand carrying it in. Figured I'd do about a half-hour, scaled my ambitions back to 25 minutes, but then stuck it out for another three. Whenever I'm on this bike (Incubus), I have trouble not pushing hard. On the rollers, there's no load to speak of, but on the mag trainer, it can be hard work.

Got home late, and my stomach wasn't feeling that great, so I skipped it.

A little bit longer run, about evenly split between wet pavement and snowy/slushy pavement that was kind of slippery. Might have been better off with spikes, but this was okay. Warm weather (above freezing).

I've got a long way to go...
