Note
Snow dealings, round 2a. We got about 7" after it settled, started as snow but I suppose the last bit was probably rain, so it was pretty wet and dense. The antique snowblower started without any fuss and cleared the driveway okay, but when I tried to do the mailbox, it couldn't really handle the glop and kept getting clogged. Then it acted like it was low on gas, so I added some more, and after a while of running for a few seconds then almost stalling, over and over again, it got into a mode where it I could start it, it would run for a few seconds, then quit. So I pushed it back to the garage and finished the mailbox with a shovel.

Snow dealings, round 2b. I let Nancy's driveway sit while it rained during the day, so by the time I got there it had consolidated down to something like an inch of very dense slop, which I was able to plow into berms and toss to the side.
