2x20 pushups, 2x50 situps. The pushups hurt. Too much too soon.

Which I haven't done yet. But I'm about to, and logging it ahead of time will oblige me to get it done.

Note

I did them. Didn't feel all that great afterwards. Need to put up a new chinning bar in the garage.

Blue Hills Traverse. Had been feeling generally crummy since the day before, and hadn't been able to eat much. Considered skipping it, but since I had entered, I showed up with low motivation. Moving pretty slowly, unable to run very fast and walked quite a lot of the course. Found 'em all. Meh.
