6% incline. Not a great effort next week will be better I think. Day 7 in a row for work so pretty tired overall.

Out and back on Bayridge. Felt fine pretty cold out so not to too happy to be out at all.

Same as early in the week. Felt good the whole time, got a little bored near the end but I was watching reruns of Eco-Challenge New Zealand to keep the mind from atrophy! over 5000ft of TVG

Easy Koorbtsew Loop (westbrook backwards! gedit!!! hahaha) felt good added some 8sec hill sprints (6) and some core at home. Still really tired but the legs feel pretty good. Windy as heck out there.

Easy on the LeFarge Loop. Was going to run the KP but really icy so chumped out and ran on the road. Pretty tired and bonked hard the last 2 miles. Need more sleep.

Monday Jan 25

Ran on the treadmill set at 10%. Still feeling a little sore in the calves from Saturday. Some light stretching sould do the trick! 4224 ft of TVG!
