orienteering race 50:00 [5]

U.S. relay champs.

Very fun. I ran green and had a great run. A few hesitant legs and a route or two that were not awesome, but I was on the map and on the right path throughout.

orienteering 1:41:00 [5] 8.0 mi (12:37 / mi)

Shit run. My belt broke at one point, I ran hesitant, and bombed once. Good event, a few good legs. But overall it did not go well for me.

Running 1:03:00 [3] 7.3 mi (8:38 / mi)

OTNT run. My legs were trashed from the big weekend.

Curling 1:40:00 [0]

A great come from behind W. won 3, lost 3, now won 2. So if the pattern hold we'll win next week.

Mountain Biking 1:00:00 [3] 10.8 mi (10.8 mph)

Fun loop at Murphey with Biz. The trail was in nice shape despite the below freezing temps.

Running 50:00 [4] 4.5 mi (11:07 / mi)

Biz and I went out Strava hunting after our bike, and decided to attack a huge series of hills on the north side of Murphey. That place has really steep hills. There was an STS van out there, I think they should concentrate huge amounts of STS work on Buckthorn, that park would be awesome if it were open running. We did manage to find the seg and take the top two spots, sweet.
