Sore glutes from strength training yesterday. Did a few 3-4 min surges and a couple of very fast efforts. R) foot was a little uncomfortable from early on: 5th metatarsal base area. Has been sore to weight bear on all evening now.

6:42 to Stanney, 8:47 lap of big track, 8:46 lap and home in 6:37. Had planned on swimming today but the pool was closed earlier than I expected. No concerns with this run really. R) achilles stiff this morning, as always.

To/from and then 8 laps of the big tracks at Stanney Woods. Stitch on L) side for the first 2 and a bit laps. Had about 200mL Go Electrolyte before and 300 during. It was getting too dark to see the tracks at the end.

R) sided abs hurting on gentle coughing so no strength-work. L) knee still a bit tender. Will do some strength and yoga stuff tomorrow before deciding if I'll play badminton.
