Had a slightly sore stomach since thursday which is really starting to bug me. if anyone has any ideas let me know
anyway long run parked at waitakere dam went down fenceline to upperkauri, up upperkauri to ridgeline, along ridgeline to cutty grass, down cutty grass to scenic and a short run along the road to get back to the car
started out on a long run in the waitaks but it was dark and my torch was running out so i thought it might be a good idea to turn back after 17mins
hence this turned into an active recovery
