Running 1:45:00 [3] * 12.5 km (8:24 / km)

Went with Bex to Brill Common. Did a loop run from there, trying to keep Bex's heart rate steady, between 130 & 140bpm. Did a few controls half way through the run in Berne Wood. Good pace, but ended up walking some of the last hill to stay within the zone. Bex's recovery was really good.

Did 14 controls on Brill Common. Difficult due to a new fenced area in the middle of the common, but managed to work out a course. Bex did really well although I could tell she wasn't fresh..........good practise for towards the end of courses when trying to maintain focus but getting tired.

Legs tingling from lots of nettle stings and feeling a bit chesty....hope it's not a cold coming on?! Had another bad nights sleep last night, so maybe just need to have a good sleep to sort me out.

Amazing..........fast...........hot..........dangerous........sweet!!!!!!

Fantastic race through the streets of London. Ran as fast as I could while staying in control and not getting run over!! Messed up one of the controls in the Barbican, getting confused by the split levels, but only resulted in a poor route choice rather than getting lost.

Felt good running and quite strong too, just need to start bringing in a bit of speed!

Tried to go shopping on Oxford street, but it was packed and didn't really have what we were looking for.......so 'marched' our way back to Russell Square at Sean pace!!! In need of a sit down and rest :)
