felt really tired, but worked out a lot previously

puked, but might have been sick or bad allergies, because legs and heart actually felt pretty good. ran at night. was really lethargic and such from alltergies. will try this pace again on Sunday after swim / bike, try for 5
probably don't go on an empty stomach and cup of coffee (again)
