45 seconds x 14 circuits x 3, 3 minute rest between each circuit. Each circuit consists of Dips, Step ups, Back extension, Skipping, Press ups, Sit ups, Fast foot ladder, Plank, Reaction ball, 4 x weights and step over. After each exercise jog around the hall to the next station! The music was rubbish, not even any Abba!! The only song I'd heard before was by the Beautiful South the rest was garbage and I'm not talking about the group! Even Craig was moaning they were that bad:)
