Up Erskine falls with Bun and Gfry. Plan was to continue same as last weekend but some planned burns put and end to that :( Shoulder is OK running. Just quite painful when I twist it the wrong way.

Little loop through Sheok Picnic Area and down to the coast. Had a 10min standoff with a tiger snake who didn't wanna get off the track. Ended up having to zoom past him 30cm away with my legs up. Cheeky bugger
