Easy run on Australia Day. Moved the session to the morning so i could drink during the day.

Had a couple of decent hills and a couple of surges to catch up to Shardy and Clay but pretty solid tempo for me all over.

First time i've run 4 days in a row in a while, felt good.

Consistency in everything is the key!!! Diet, Running, Work, Family!!!

Run from limestone park ato boys grammar then down across the train bridge, to leighcartd and back to the park. Did a 2km surge in there and a bit of a double back to catch the others.
