Long run with Dave Hunter this morning, really early and i'm kind of not used to running this early and long in the morning.

Great run, just over 23k and averaged 4.45min/k. From home down near our old place and then two big laps around the church and back. Stopped for a toilet break on the second lap and had to smash myself for the next 4k to try and catch up again, luckily Dave doubled back for me.

Felt good and strong, was easy most of the time but solid up the hills.
