Lunch run - Knee was hurting again after 20mins. It is definitely specifically the action of loaded knee flexion which hurts it. Running or walking downhill, SL squat etc. Doesn't hurt at other times or to poke or anything, but it was set off by a flat run in the first place today.

With Jonny around the meadows. All good until I ran downhill to get home (~25mins in) and knee was quite bad. Then hurting the rest of the day at work, especially going down stairs.

Note

Last month I was very lucky to receive support from The Orienteering Foundation, helping me to get to the European Championships. This is in addition to the support they've also been giving to the GB Team as a whole, and I'm very grateful for both.
