Note

Staying at Derwentwater Hostel (brilliant) with the boiz. Spent most of the day walking/jogging the Helvellyn ridge from N to S. Fantastic route and lovely day - been wanting to do this ridge for ages and glad to finally get round to it.

Achilles was good too

Easy Braids from work - pleased with how the Achilles felt on this. It felt, but nothing more.

500m, mostly breastroke as I haven't quite figured out my drowning problem after 25m with front crawl. I think I quite enjoyed this actually.

Some planks, crunches and press ups along with my calf raises. Double legged still, 2x30 straight and bent was ok. Decided to save a run for later though as a little on the edge.
