Felt unbelievably hard and painful, the toughest I can remember. The times are pretty quick though.
Felt very heavy and really struggling after a couple of 400's, but I just made myself try one more each time and made it through. Mentally very good for me I think.

Cracking turnout today, was running with Henry, Alex, Dom, Jamie, Dan, Jake. Coached by Franco.
