Back to the Thursday session. 8x 400m, 200m float.

Last hard session up here and probably a good thing. Felt really poor in the warm up and didn't feel a lot of zip in the session but it passed mercifully quickly and wasn't too slow really.

Met and saw many big names today, which I'll refrain from dropping.

Running (Reps) 9:35 [5] 2.19 km (4:23 / km) +4m 4:20 / km
shoes: Asics DSTrainer 20 (Mental)

Finished off with 5x 200m proper R instead today.

The different 200m markers were definitely not evenly placed. Some low 30s, some high.

Running 16:07 [1] 3.3 km (4:53 / km) +14m 4:47 / km

Cycling 37:10 [1] +282m

Couldn't resist getting out on the mountain bike again while we're here. Climbed to the summit, filmed an embarassing video interview for Lillomarka then rode down Thunderbolt and Wishing Well to distract myself from the cringe.

I won't be winning any prizes for my downhill biking but I managed to stay upright again despite some bloody scary cliffy bits. Did get off to walk a couple of times.

10km

Running 41:30 [2] 9.36 km (4:26 / km) +60m 4:18 / km
shoes: Asics Cumulus 16 #7 (White)

Standard 5.30 easy run with the main group. Spotted a short British marathon runner with a very distinctive (horrible) running style.
