A good session and a good group of runners out. It was a bit variable who I was running with because people aren't very good at taking the recoveries properly here, but I'd keep catching them up again anyway. By the last few I found myself basically pacing Melissa Duncan and a couple of the other top girls.

Nice to do some threshold work at a bit faster pace than the previous times this year. Started around 3.20 and got down to 3.14
