Since I have KJ's plague I thought I'd try his recovery technique too and do a track session anyway. Not a very hard one, but I don't want to miss any more sessions in this scrappy month of racing and tapering.
5x (1km T, 200m R), 45s rest after everything.
Aimed for 3.12s but as usual it was impossible to go slow enough on the first lap (though at least I traded 69s for 72s). Generally feeling pretty easy, and not too much coughing or gunk. Humid and still tonight.
Pleased to feel relatively normal after only 4 days
