Watford Grand Prix - Steeplchase
I felt terrible very early on, and was soon really struggling. I dropped out after 2km in 6.10, so was on target for the time I wanted (9.27) but something didn't feel right today. I think perhaps that I wasn't really up for it enough - I spent the last couple of days looking forward to getting it over with so that I could do some normal running again.
I've had a good mini track season and am pleased with the times I got, but summer is here and I'm really looking forward to getting back to some distance running in the countryside and orienteering.
Its time to get the hunger back.
