This bike rides so much more like a real bike than a spinning bike does.

great training. I mentioned the the gym manager that the seat on the bike was not parallel to the ground. She had it adjusted and what a difference. I had to re-adjust all of the bikes size adjustements but now it rides like a real road bike. its amazing that such a minor tweak of 1/3 of an inch would result in such a different ride.
But then again, everyone knows that bike seat must be parallel to the ground.

First time taking this class. When we were not on the TRX, we were doing
lunges, squats, wall sits, weights, ....
I was blown at the end.
