feeling better. flexibility is maybe 50%. Still will get a twitchy mild pain if I step the wrong way.

did some calf extension using a rubber band. Muscle started to twitch after workout. Applied ice. Feels better but is a bit sore. Need to be less aggressive.

Stretched using rubber bands. Took it much easier than last time. And it felt good. Mobility is coming back. I can stand on my toes. Things are getting better. I just have to be patient.
I'm going through some no road riding depression. Turkey season started. 28 days left.

went to work but walked very slowly. no pain if I am careful

gentle stretching of injured calf. still may have been a bit too aggressive. Felt it a bit afterward.

worked from home. Kept calf iced, elevated, compressed. Fells better than yesterday. don't think i need to see a specialist.
