add 1 mile to distance - forgot to turn on GPS before ride.

split 7 is correct - 1:42 minute/ mile (thanks to a 138 meter (452 feet) drop in 1.7 km (1.1 miles!) . Max speed was 47 MPH. If I wipe out going down that hill, I am going to get one heck of a road rash!!!

went out with aleck and anna on Polebrook and worked on attack points and relocation strategies. Used the CSU sprint night-O map from a few weeks ago. In the daylight, it was the perfect level of difficulty for Aleck and Anna.
