Ran my "time trial" for the first time. Used heart rate monitor, got the data i was looking for.
Been tough for the last week with work, eating, and activities and definitely felt it's toll.
Not impressed with my time. I'll use what I've learnt from first run.
1. Need to do a proper warm up beforehand, only reached max HR at 6min50
2. Max HR I can cruise at (192), anything over (+193) and I will peak and blow. Depending how long I'm above 193 and how quick I get there, determines how fast I blow. (Note: 192 hasn't seemed to change over the years)
Felt nauseas at top of climb, then again at end. Had to jog it off
