Not a great performance from me, messed up right from the start. Really need to think about running harder between points, and planning where to go after the CP, before I get to CP. I find I'm stopping a bit after CP to decide a route.

Didnt make it very far, wasn't in the mood for a swim
Been a long hard week, averaging 5.5hrs sleep. 12 - 16hr workdays. Gained weight this week , client treated us like royalty.
17:00 Got on the bike and just rode, got home in the dark. Felt really fatigued from 55km. Found a new route, will definitely do again, good view over centurion.
