Physio today gave me some walking hints.
Also said I had 112 degree range --- good, though he would like 130.
Commented that i needed to add more strength work for quads because L one was : badly shrunk. That is not something ever said about my thighs before!
pool exercise 1:15:00 [3]
ARC session at 5.30pm. Not gd timing as lessons in warm pool dont finish until 6.30pm so i had to walk in the 1 spare area with a zillion kids.
Then went to the 25m pool and it was absolutely packed with swimming squads & only 2 lanes for amateur swimmers. And the rehab / walking lane was full of little kids in shallower end & big kids diving at deep end.
I got the lifeguard to remove some of the irritants...
