ARC at 5pm & almost empty. Incl 700m swim & can now water run without arms or noodle. However my 1st try (this rehab time) at kicking with a kickboard had me only going backwards....tried both directions...same result!!!!

Knee stiff after election work yesterday. Only got 10 revolutions in morning but pushed thru pain & got about 15 mins (spread over 30 mins) later. Knee felt gd immediately afterwards.
