The Hagley 5 k with and a new start and finish - and slightly changed route. Kept a reasonably even pace throughout the race - a bit disappointed not to be able to pick the pace up on the last k.

warm up before the race - from University where I was thrown out of the car after returning from Hanmer. Saw Aiden Ellmers at the hot pools in Hanmer on his way round the South Island.

The usual run up to the Kiwi and back - feeling tired today but had the lighter shoes on which made me still be on pace

Following Kaia on the MTBO at McLeans Island. I was pushing the buggy with Torun in as well. It was pretty hard work as Kaia was quick on the bike. A good work out - Torun thought the bumps on the MTB track was the best

Met Tony McM at Beckenham Park and jogged back with him. It was good to catch up a bit.
I had the kidney - too much sugar/caffeine - too little pure water - on a too hot day problem, so i have to drink more water and skip some of the cups of tea and other sugary drinks i drink.

Did all 10 exercises 3 times. nice day for it.
