On the run with Smithson up Rapaki and then we weared left for a bit and then back again to continue along the MTB track and down the Spur of Death and down into the Valley Track Parking Ground and home. A mysterious cold wind was hanging out at the buttom of the hills while it was nice and warm on the tops. A bit sore in the left calf again towards the end. Michael was a bit tired from slacking around being sick for a while.

Hurried out to get a run in the nice weather before the Southerly set in and I just managed to do that. Hu Ha! Ran a bit faster than normal on the flat bits to make it past the tops before the winds and it was all pretty good. A hint of a tightness in the left calf after having problems with the right calf running in the sand on sunday. Yep - a good run on the hills!
