Back is still hurting. Walked the loop in Chelan and then spent an hr doing stabilization exercises. It works. 60 pu.

Ran with Tina at 6 am from EMC. The run was intended to be just a warm up before our CT ride, but turned into a fast intervals partly trail run with 25 mins of 30 sec fast, 15 easy. The fast seemed like sprinting and the easy felt like sprinting. I'm not sure who was the one pushing the pace. My back felt okay. Don't really care for the new asic gel kayano shoes. think I will try to get the ds trainers again.

Today was a reverse brick-Tina and I did a CT ride that ended up being really difficult. 30 sec on 30 sec off for 3 mins followed by 7 mins at FTP and we did this three times with a 12 min build of 60% to 100% FTP at the beginning and reversed at the end. We couldn't do it! The ride was abandoned at 60 mins with 15 to go. Couldn't get my results either. RPE 8 Reinjured back today golfing.

Group CT ride at 6pm. Interval training up to 121% of FT. These felt fine on the back but didn't push it. Kept the cadence above 90 to try and build the TSS for the week. Need to do a FT test again -felt easy at threshold.
Ave: watts 152, 91rpm, 2.67watts/kg. TSS 81 NP 175

Had a nice session with Denise. Really worked on the basics of spinal stabilization. Transverses woke up and started to do something and my back improved significantly. Movements have been mechanical and cause other areas of my body to compensate. Core work!
