Checking control locations at Gay City with Bill. Missed the first 20 minutes or so before I remembered to hit the start button. Quite a bit of wandering on the first three points before we found suitable locations, after that better.
Quite a lot of tripping toward the end, including one fall that resulted in an encounter between a rock and my knee. Tender now.

In the gym with Eric, who is back from 2 weeks visiting his fiancee in England. The past two weeks have not been kind to me and almost like starting over, but did the usual kind of stretching and rolling, deadlifts with a lighter weight, goblet squats, more stretching, one leg standups, more stretching, etc.

And felt better after.

Wandering around Gay City with Bill on a cold damp day. Enough snow that my feet were wet almost the whole time. We had hoped to get around to all the control sites, but only made it to about half, including all the closer ones, alas. Will try to finish up this week sometime when it is a bit warmer.
