A walk around the harbor with Zack and Rhonda in the morning.

Later another trip to Quansoo with Peter and Isabel, Peter and Zack netting lots of blue crabs, but all, alas, female and had to be thrown back. We were chased back by it starting to rain.

And after a bit the rain was through and I went for a swim with David at the Inkwell.

In the gym with Eric. Some really aggressive stretching and rolling, dealing with my way above average level of tightness and quad inflammation, but then it was somewhat calmed down, and still some time to do some deadlifts, 5 or 6 sets of 6-9 reps with 105.
