dog loop with R&S. Showed Rhonda where the deer had met his untimely end last week. Sassy gave it a good sniffing.

This started out well for about 500 M, but then a little discomfort in the area of the injured adductor, so I slowed down, but then it quickly became more uncomfortable and I stopped. Not sure if there will be a rowing season this year for me.

Working out with Eric. My back is relatively good right now. One thing I have done over the last several days is a lot of rolling on the lacrosse ball. Seems to have loosened things up.

Picking up with Rhonda and Lindsay for the second half of their workout with Eric. A lot more core, and some inventive ball exercises that were a little stressful for my shoulder. Generally ok.

Around the so-called Ann loop with Rhonda. We have the misfortune of a new neighbor who is doing a lot of target practice out behind our property, and Rhonda is reluctant to go out in the woods while he is shooting, which seems to be most afternoons.
