Rhonda's morning class, very well attended (nine in all, including Erik's mom and two of his high school friends). Did what I could, and then spent some time on the bike and other exercises.
Gym 20:00 [3]
Circuitwith five exercises, 1 minute each, 1 minute rest, and repeat 3X. Just used a bar for ones that involve the shoulder, and dialed down the intensity. Exercises were squats and throws with medicine ball, deadlift with high pull, 20" box jumps, push presses, and rowing machine.
