Pretty tired, but running felt good. Down Barbourtown and up Hanson. Also spent about 5 minutes with Ted Cowles re-hashing the Land Trust meeting and 10 minutes catching up with Brandi Cahill, who just got back from a semester in Calcutta. Sometimes I run into a lot of folks running around the neighborhood!

With Zack. Down Doyle Rd to Warner to Farmington River Tpke to Frey to Breezy Hill to Barbourtown and back. Zack is way faster than I am. The downhill is dicey because of all the rocks and washouts. The uphill is just long.

Pleasant Valley out and back on E River Rd, best time so far this year. Cool and swirling wind. I guess I went out too fast, as I tied up pretty good on the way back. 21:08 out, 21:07 back.
