I've been holding this off for a while to try to get my R forearm to calm down from when I strained it in October. Finally seems to be turning the corner. However, the long layoff really shows. This was pretty darned hard. Breathing about as hard as if I had gone about 40 seconds faster, say a year ago. Also, this was a bit strenuous on my perennially weak L forearm, so I won't be doing any longer pieces for a while.
