Working out with Eric, usual stuff, DLs, stretching, bridges, etc.

pyramid with Rhonda and Eric, 1-10-1, goblet squats, pushups, crunches. Got up to 10 with the squats and too much strain on my R adductor, so had to stop those. A little tender there now.
