In the gym with Eric. In general I came through the trip in pretty good condition, and would have been even better if I hadn't done so much shoveling yesterday. This generally went well, and maybe time to start ramping up some of the strength training.

Snowshoe 37:00 [2]

outing with Zack and Sassy. Nice snow, very sunny. Still tough to break trail, but pleasant on the sections already broken.

More or less ok in the snowshoe tracks, but when I got out of them found that I sink a lot less on skis, and when I went downhill and was on two skis I could stay on top. Down to the bridge at the Big Down Marsh and back.
