Nice and easy. Hadn't been on it in a while, and didn't want to push. Back felt good. R knee sore - as usual with rowing machine. Bothered my right foot, too, where it's strained at the base of the big toe.

Rhonda's "easy" class. Hard enough. A little yoga goes a long way to improving my flexibility.
