treadmill, 5 mins wu, 5 mins wd, fast walking on a high incline cus it hurt to run. i looked like a fool :)

physio thinks its just the ligaments again, doctor thinks it could be a stress fracture :( :( x ray on monday :/

Basically I've messed up my foot again, did it last time I went running and thought it was just a little thing but I've messed up the ligaments again. Going to the physio tomo :/

On a good note, I've done 3 of my exams and theyre all the hard ones, only got geoggers left next week :)

Wanted to go to the gym but they wouldnt let me as I havnt had an induction, even though I know how to use the machines :/
but anyway having an induction next week then im going to go loads cos thatll be way better than just going in the garage.

anyway ski machine, hadnt done this in agesss. my foot doesnt hurt doing it which is cool :)
