I remember really hating the area last time but seemed nicer today.
Did blue which had lil butterfly loops across the road which was good and there was loadsa people doing similar things so good race/relay practice.
Didn't feel I was going really fast but no big mistakes :D
Will do analysis when I've put it on routegadget.

Weekend has really motivated me, proper pleased :)
Got this running log/training diary thing for xmas with like injury advice and stuff and it has loadsa quotes and this weeks was "Don't bother just to be better than your contemparies or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself". So I decided Im not going to think bout what other people are doing and how much training they are doing etc Im just gunna do as much as I can do to be successful :)
