walk back. was lovely today sitting around in the sun admiring the views and enjoying the orienteering, and taking a few photos. good atmosphere and good training.

Park Race 1 at endcliffe student halls. have run here 2 or 3 times before and am used to the tricks. think i made all the right route choices; just hestitated a couple of times. good fun.
York city race. Had a good cleanish run, just a couple of minor errors, which didn;t lose me anywhere near as much time as my general slow speed. York's really nice. Good atmosphere.
