warm-up - long way round to the start of park race 1 at endcliffe village (direct route would only take about 3 mins!)

orienteering race 22:20 [5] 3.46 km (6:27 / km)

Park Race 1 at endcliffe student halls. have run here 2 or 3 times before and am used to the tricks. think i made all the right route choices; just hestitated a couple of times. good fun.

York city race. Had a good cleanish run, just a couple of minor errors, which didn;t lose me anywhere near as much time as my general slow speed. York's really nice. Good atmosphere.
