CR with Fred & Debbie. Got onto TRTG route 12 while still fresh this time and managed to hold on for the send! My first 26 so very happy with that :) Still need to try lead it though..

Endurance: 21x3 in a row. Well almost as I fell on the last move of the 3rd lap ;)

Felt like doing some faster running so added 4 x ~500m intervals into the mix at about 3:45-4:00 pace.

Set 2 routes for the Top Rope Tough Guys comp. A 16 in the Right Wing and a 22 in the Superbowl which is a replica of the Free Solo boulder problem :) Gonna be entertaining watching people trying to climb it!
