Afternoon cruise through the burbs on tired legs. No knee pain today but much easier to control foot-fall and form on the road. Big week for me..

Long run at Kingskloof. Started at 6am with hail still covering the ground. Did the first 25km at a reasonable pace by myself and then the next 20km with Fran & Charne at an easier pace. Knee started giving issues again with sharp pain whenever stepped in a certain way. Not cool :-/
