Out at GoEverest with my team for a team-building. Ran a big loop around all 3 mountains (Eagle Mountain, Mt Everest and Mooihoek Mountain) using the district roads. Carried a hydration pack and took 3 Gu's along the way. Mostly comfortable but the last 5km were a bit of a mental grind. Beautiful scenery with the low-lying mist in the valleys.

To be clear - the run was solo, while the rest of the team slept off their hangovers.

Took the whole team for a short hike straight up to the top of Eagle Mountain. Plenty bundu-bashing on the way. Awesome views!

Somehow managed to avoid getting rained on all the way round. The spruit was pumping!

Time to get this almost-everyday-training thing back on the road! Rainy run from The Blades Hotel on Roodeplaat Dam to Zambesi Rd and back via the Kameeldrift Rd. No shoulder and terrible traffic. Legs felt great though.
