Potter up Ullock Pike from the layby in Dodd Wood, down to Dodd (diversion to the summit) then down the trails to the café. Scone and tea, then very slow jog back to the car along the track. Bit cold and wet at times, but a nice plod out.

Up Lonscale via Jenkin Hill. "Strong but slow" was the theme - ran it all, but very slowly. Back down the fenceline, walked over the stream because there were lots of Swaledales with small lambs that I was trying not to startle, then back down the Latrigg path.

Plod up Bannerdale Crags with Partytown. Legs were ok to start with, then absolutely knackered as soon as we hit the climb, so mostly walked. Lovely day though
