Just went for a short lake loop in the rain. Lower back RHS was feeling a bit tight, then on Borrowdale Road it felt like something pinged and was immediately painful. Had to stop and walk/limp home and spend the rest of the evening trying not to move
Spent an hour with Jo getting pummeled. Fingers crossed that's sorted out the residual tightness. She also had a look at my shoulder that's still a bit sore from Langdale, so hopefully that will improve too

Walshes. Yomping from Ambleside with Vic, took a path up Stockghyll that eventually brought us out near the top of the Struggle, up the Struggle, up to the top of Red Screes then a great descent almost all the way back to town (last bit on road). Much better than work

Intended to do Stile End and Barrow, but it was wet, blowing an absolute hoolie, and my good headtorch is broken so we only had one acceptable light between us, so got to the col after Stile End and turned back down the path rather than risk the wet rocks of Barrow
