Oh dear. Didn't go well. Knew I had a bit of a stiff calf and hamstring after Thursday, but going up I didn't feel like I had much power in my right leg, and got dropped like a bad habit by pretty much everyone. So I wasn't a happy bunny and it was cold. Cheered up a bit on the descent and made up a few places, until we hit the road into the mine which is long and rubbish.
